Life Mastery Academy was formed based on the conviction that we can master our life’s experiences to transform possibilities into actuality. We have blended two worlds in our programmes, melding the experiences gained from the unstructured but challenging arena of enterprise with the structure and rigour of the military. Our focus is on the life skills that make the difference between a life unnoticed and a person of distinction. We call these skills the LMA skills. Our programmes are developed with particular sensitivity to the needs of the individuals grappling with the challenges of different stages of their lives. These LMA programmes will address the doubts and questions of the teenager caught between the demands of family and a desire for self-actualisation, the aspiring career professional trying to carve out a place in what appears to him to be a corporate maze or any person undergoing mid-life career transition, trying to weave a new destiny for himself.

The first of such courses developed to impart LMA skills to career professionals is our programme You Can Fly!. This exciting two-day programme has been specially commissioned by Propnex, Singapore’s Largest Real Estate Company, and will be run on a monthly basis to further crystallize Propnex’s corporate vision of serving their real estate professionals by being an industry leader in formal yet innovative training.

You Can Fly! is designed to help : The individual retrieve his deeply-held values and beliefs, capture his personal vision and utilise the LMA MASTER to map and execute their goals The corporate client deliver a personal mastery programme to its staff that will be highly appreciated and that will validate its corporate mission The members of a team understand and review their relationships with one another and simulate dependence and cooperation under physically challenging circumstances The leader of a team to appreciate the individual strengths and vulnerabilities of the members of his team and galvanise them to actualize the group’s objectives
