Core 1.1 - Understanding Dual Representation and Estate Agents Act (2 core CPD credit hours approved the CEA)

Through the course, learners will be able to have a good understanding of the Estate Agents Act, what it entails and how to avoid costly mistakes by a Real Estate Salesperson.

Learners will also have a strong understanding of the what constitutes "No Dual Representation" and be able to abide to this regulation in their professional work. Learners will leave to the training with clear indication of what is the acceptable practices and avoid any act that may contravene this regulation.

Training Schedule

  • Cost Fee    : Only $53.50 (incl GST)
  • Date           : Every Tueday (Closing date of registration will be 3 working days before course commencement)
  • Timing        : 2pm - 5pm
  • Venue        : Will be advised during registration
  • Trainers     : Lawyers and agency heads

 

Core 1.1 - Understanding HDB Policies, Schemes and Public Housing Financing (2 core CPD credit hours approved the CEA)

Upon completion of the course, learners will have a strong understanding on HDB policies, the various schemes by which HDB flats can be purchased under, grants provided and restrictions for such ownership. Through the program, learners will gain the confidence to advise their clients on owning HDB flats.

Learners will also have a strong understanding HDB loan requirement, HLE and the fundamentals of bank loan. Learners will know how to perform the necessary steps for loan calculation and repayment.

Important to note : Upon completion of course, learners will receive 2 Core CPD credit hours and a Letter of Attendance in accordance with CEA's guidelines. The Letter of Attendance shall serve as document proof of completion of the Core CPD Credit hours and must be kept by the learner.

Recruitment Mastery Programme

Recruitment Mastery Programme is a training course designed for Team Managers and Team Leaders to master the skills of forming an effective team, through recruitment procedures and techniques to engage the team.



Agency Leader Development Programme

The ALDP training course is specially developed to prepare competent agents to become agency leaders. The course focuses on recruiting and forming a team, as well as imparting leadership and coaching skills.
