You Can Fly! Course
Is this a residential course?
No. The first day is held in a hotel conference/training room from 8a.m to 7 p.m.. The second day activities are held in Marina Country Club, Pulau Ubin. If your team would like to stay over in the chalets in Marina Country Club on the second day, this can be arranged and will be at your own cost.
Can I attend if I am medically unfit?
It will be best that you consult your doctor if you feel that you cannot handle the physical strain. The activities you participate in will be done at your own risk. You will have to be responsible for your own well-being although every possible measure is taken by Ubin Adventure Centre to ensure your safety. No one will be compelled or forced to do any of the obstacles against their wishes.
Is the outdoor obstacles safe?
Yes. The safety measures employed by Ubin Adventure Centre conform to, and are also inspected and certified by Adventure Challenge System Pte Ltd. Adventure Challenge System is accredited by Association for Challenge Course Technology (US).
Are meals provided?
Yes. On Day 1, meals are provided for breakfast, 2 tea breaks and a lunch. There is a choice of Chinese, Vegetarian or Halal (Malay or Indian) meal for lunch. For Day 2, snacks will be provided when we arrive in Pulau Ubin, a lunch and some refreshment just before we depart.
Will we be reimbursed in the event of inclement weather on Day 2?
The company shall not be responsible for the delays or failures in the delivery of the services if such delay arises out of causes beyond its control. Such causes may include, but are not restricted to, acts of God or of the public enemy, fires, floods, epidemics, riots, quarantine restrictions, strikes, freight embargoes, earthquakes, electrical outages, computer or communications failures, severe weather and acts or omissions of subcontractors or third parties.
